These Terms of Use govern your access to Rapid Shopper and your purchases through our marketplace. By using Rapid Shopper, you agree to these terms.

Using Rapid Shopper

You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must promptly tell us about unauthorised access.

Products and orders

Product descriptions, prices and availability may change. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. Sellers are responsible for their product listings, and Rapid Shopper facilitates the marketplace experience, payment and support.

Payments, delivery and returns

Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by location. Returns and refunds are governed by the product and seller policy shown at checkout and applicable consumer law.

Content and intellectual property

Rapid Shopper’s branding, software and content belong to Rapid Shopper or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer or misuse them. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the service.

Limits and changes

To the extent permitted by law, Rapid Shopper is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the marketplace. We may update these terms when needed and will post the current version here.
