Prohibited products

Listings must comply with applicable law, platform policy and the rules of the destination country. We may reject, remove, restrict or report listings that create legal, safety, fraud or consumer-protection risk.

Examples of prohibited or restricted goods

• Counterfeit, stolen, recalled or unlawfully imported goods.
• Weapons, explosives, controlled substances and products that enable violence or unlawful activity.
• Unsafe, expired, adulterated or mislabelled food, medicines, cosmetics or medical devices.
• Personal data, credentials, fake documents, financial instruments and services that facilitate fraud.
• Adult, hateful, exploitative or abusive content, including content involving minors.
• Wildlife, hazardous materials and other goods restricted by law or carrier policy.

Reporting a concern

Use the report control on a listing or contact [email protected]. Reports are reviewed through the marketplace moderation process and may require evidence.

Seller responsibility

Sellers must maintain accurate descriptions, required approvals, safety information, tax details and documentation. Repeated violations may result in delisting, withholding, suspension or account closure.
