We show the available delivery method, estimated date and shipping charge before you place an order. Estimates depend on the delivery postal code, seller handling time, carrier capacity and local conditions.

Delivery estimates

Orders may be split into separate packages when products come from different sellers. Each package can have its own tracking number and delivery date. A displayed estimate is not a guarantee, and we will notify you when an exception changes the expected date.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are shown in the cart and checkout total before payment. Promotional free-delivery thresholds, where offered, apply only to eligible products and destinations.

Address changes and exceptions

Please check your address before placing an order. Contact support as soon as possible if an address is incorrect, a package is delayed, damaged or marked delivered incorrectly. We may require delivery evidence to investigate.
